a. FavorIT Solutions LLC, the owner of MyGas, is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of you, our customers and the users of our websites and mobile applications as well as our products and services. In light of this commitment, we adhere to the practices provided below.
b. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By browsing and/or using ManageFields’ web and mobile applications and/or our Services, you agree to our collection, use, and sharing of your personally identifiable information as described in this Privacy Policy.
c. From time to time, we may change this Privacy Policy and will make reasonable efforts to publish such changes. Any changes will be immediately effective upon the posting of the updated Privacy Policy. Your continued use of our applications represents your consent to the terms of the new Privacy Policy. Please regularly check this Privacy Policy for any such updates.
a. Through your use of our Applications and Services we may collect Personal Information or personally identifiable information, which is information that identifies you as an individual or relates to you as an identifiable individual. Personal Information may include, but is not limited to, your telephone number, first and last name and personal identification number.
b. We collect your personal information when you use our web and mobile applications and Services. We may also collect Personal Information when you create or modify an online account, complete any self-service transaction with us online, or otherwise provide us with your information in any correspondence. This may include any of your questions, comments, or suggestions submitted through our Applications or if you fill out a survey.
c. When you voluntarily provide us with a cell phone number on our Applications, you are giving us express written consent to use that number for the purpose indicated, or if given with regard to your user account or other account with us, express written consent to communicate information to you that is closely related to such account, so long as you have not given us instructions to the contrary. You may revoke this consent at any time by any reasonable method. Your consent to be contacted by us is not required in order to receive our Services.
d. We may automatically collect information regarding to your application usage, device, location as you use our applications and services.
a. Some content accessible through our applications may be provided by third parties, including analytics companies, payment processors, and advertising providers. These third parties may use cookies or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our applications. We do not control the third-parties' tracking technologies that are accessible through our applications or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should read any privacy policy provided by the third-party website or contact the responsible provider directly.
a. We use the personal information we collect in the following ways:
i. To Provide Services that you may request.
ii. To Communicate with you about our applications or services.
iii. To provide customer support regarding your requests
iv. To Improve Our Services, as well as personalize your experience based on statistical analyses, surveys and market research
v. To optimize maintenance of applications
b. We reserve the right to share your personal information with third parties to perform necessary functionality of applications, to prevent harm or any illegal activity, as well as to provide services for legitimate business purposes, as permitted by applicable law. We may request your permission to share your personal information for a specific purpose not described above. In such case, we will notify you and request consent before you provide such information.

Terms of Use

a. These Terms of Use govern your use of ManageFields’ web and mobile applications and our services, and your access to and use of the content and/or other materials offered on these applications. By browsing and/or using our applications, you agree to accept, unconditionally and without modification, the Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
b. If any of the Terms of Use are not acceptable to you, do not browse or use our Applications. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use from time-to-time, without notice, and you agree to be bound by such modifications. Accordingly, you should periodically review the most recent version of these Terms of Use.
c. Our applications are primarily intended for the purpose of providing online services management to utilities subscriber. You may use our applications for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
a. You may choose to register an account in order to access and participate in certain features offered by our applications. When you register, you will be asked to disclose Personal Information, which may include, but is not limited to, your telephone number, first and last name and personal identification number. We may refuse to grant you, and you may not use credentials that are already being used by someone else or violates rights of any person, is vulgar, or is otherwise offensive. You agree to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We have the right to disable any user account, password or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time in our sole discretion for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms of Use.
b. By accepting these Terms of Use and submitting your Personal Information on our applications, you understand and agree that we may use, collect, and share such information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.
a. Refunds of paid amount, or part of it, are made based on the application submitted along with payment receipt/confirmation document to the relevant utility company. i. Time period for the application review is 10 working days. Decision on refund is made by the company after review of the application. Exception for money refund:

1. Refund is not made for payment, or part of it, which was used to cover existing debt for utility services consumption.

2. Refund is not made for payment commission set by a bank.

ii. If refund is not received, personal banking account should be checked first. If it is still not in place, relevant bank must be contacted. If after all these steps, refund is still not received, user has to contact the utility company. SOCAR Georgia Gas subscribers can contact the company via e-mail socargas@socar.ge or call hotline: 16114.
b. Payment, or part of it, made for the Application “Connection of a new subscriber to gas distribution network” is subject for refund in case of the application is refused by licensee company/distributor. Payment, or part of it, will be refunded to the same bank requisites indicated in the application within 10 days after the refusal decision (as set in GNERC Resolution N12, Article 191, Paragraph 1).
c. Payment, or part of it, made for the Application “Increase of power” is subject for refund in case of the application is refused by licensee company/distributor. Payment, or part of it, will be refunded to the same bank requisites indicated in the application within 5 days after the refusal decision (as set in GNERC Resolution N12, Article 20, Paragraph 3).
a. Our Content: Our Applications, design of our Applications, and all their content are protected under Georgian laws. Our Applications are owned by FavorIT Solutions LLC and except for Your Content (as defined below) or as specifically stated or otherwise indicated, all content including, but not limited to, trademarks, logos, trade names, text, data, messages, pictures, images, video, audio, graphics, data compilations, icons, code, links on our applications is the property of FavorIT Solutions LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
b. Your Content: FavorIT Solutions LLC does not own any Content submitted by you. You retain all of your ownership rights in Your Content. By submitting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform Your Content.
c. Third-Party Content: Content owned by third parties may also appear on our applications, and you should respect those property rights as well.
a. For security purposes and to ensure that the services available through our applications remain available to all users, we may employ industry-standard methods to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.
